Electronic Travel Authority (ETA) – Subclass 601

• Multiple visits allowed within 12 months, with up to 3 months per visit

eVisitor Visa – Subclass 651

• Free visa for eligible passport holders (EU and select European countries)
• For tourism or business visitor activities
• Multiple entries for up to 12 months

Business Visitor Activities

You may travel on a visitor visa to:

• Attend business meetings, trade fairs, or industry conferences
• Conduct negotiations or exploratory business visits
• Engage in short-term business tasks (without being employed in Australia)

Visa Validity & Stay Duration

• Visitor visas are typically granted for 3, 6, or 12 months
• ETA and eVisitor allow multiple visits for 1 year (up to 3 months each time)
• No work allowed on these visas

Document Requirements

• Passport with at least 6 months validity
• Travel itinerary and proof of accommodation
• Invitation letter (for business or family visit)
• Proof of funds to support your stay
• Health insurance (recommended)

Processing Time
